Quality Assurance
Total CommitmentGMC Contractors is totally committed to the need for workmanship of the highest quality assurance. Therefore the completion of projects within schedule and the practice of cost-effective contracting and management techniques, is of utmost importance.
The strength of this commitment is based upon highly experienced personnel, and on our proven systems, all of which are directed through sound business practices.
The Owner will receive the completed quality control package upon completion. For example this will include all quality assurance documentation set out in the test and inspection plan.
INSPECTION & TEST PLAN
Our in-house Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and manuals for ANSI/ASME B31.1 and B31.3 are registered with the Department of Labour Boiler Branch. In conjunction with the registered QA/QC manuals our test and inspection manual for mechanical/piping projects is individually tailored for the client’s specific project needs regarding purchasing, inspection, material control, testing and turn-over documents.
Specialty NDE testing and post weld heat treatment is normally subcontracted to pre-approved subcontractors.
QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL
Large projects have a full time quality control inspector supervising quality checks. Smaller projects have the test and inspection plan established with you prior to starting work.
